We take a full set of 3D scans, X-rays and photographs to assess your bone density, gum health and bite. We'll explain whether All-on-4 or All-on-6 is right for you, and give you a clear plan and cost.
Using 3D imaging, we plan the exact position, angle and depth of each implant for maximum stability. Your new teeth are designed digitally so they're ready to fit on the day of surgery.
Any remaining teeth are gently removed and four to six titanium implants are placed into the jawbone under local anaesthetic or sedation. The angled placement maximises contact with the strongest areas of bone.
A full arch of provisional fixed teeth is attached to the implants the same day. You leave the surgery with a complete, natural-looking smile that you can use straight away, including eating soft foods from day one.
Over the following months, the implants fuse with the bone. Once integration is complete, we replace the provisional arch with your permanent, custom-made porcelain teeth, designed for a lifetime of confident smiles.
